Never try to explain Scott Summer's love life.

Haven't seen it yet.

I'm still saddened by the shift of Brian Singer from the X-Men movies. That guy knew his stuff.

Lemme put it this way: I'd rather be trapped in an elevator with Dino Rossi for two hours than see that movie again.

I trust your word, totally.

I'm just saying, I was already disinclined to check it out. :(

Want X-movie reboot, plz. Well, reboot back to X-Men 2, anyway, with Singer-directed 3 and no stupid mutant vaccine.

Or rather, a more interesting way to handle the intended elimination of mutantkind.

yeah, i really don't want to publicly admit how hard the last stand made me cry at points. especially the whole plot involving rogue. hello, destroying the sympathetic character much?

then again the very ending...yeah.

I just...second movie puts in this hardcore comparison to teh gay, right? And then there's the original flawed concept of anti-mutant bigotry = racism (with Professor X as MLK and Magneto as Malcolm X, supposedly), and then you have these people who are mutants voluntarily surrendering that the moment a way out is offered. Like, what message is that? "Assimilation is good?" Idgi.
